Areas We Deliver

As of our last update we deliver only within the Kathmandu Valley. Which includes the whole valley inside and outside of the Ring Road. We do not deliver to any other city.

Cost

The delivery cost is included in the price.

Delivery Estimate

All the deliveries will be completed within 24 hours from the time of your order. Except the Cake items which will be delivered within 24 hours to 48 hours.

Tracking

Tracking facility is not available for now. But once the order is received and delivered. All the notifications will be sent in your provided email.

Returns & Refunds

Is my item refundable?

Only clothes, toys and electronic items are refundable. We can not refund on cakes, deals, gift basket and bouquets.

How Can I refund clothes, toys and electronic items?

The validity to refund is from the 28 days of the purchase. The items should be on the same state as it was bought for the full refund. Electronic items are eligible for the same refund and will have the extra warranty/guarantee as per the vendor.

Will there be any deduction on refund?

If it is done within the said period of within the 28 days of the purchase. Then there will be no deduction.

Where do I need to contact to return the item?

You have to email at services@onlinegift2nepal.com asking for the return & refund mentioning your order details. Our customer services team will visit your place to collect the item.

How I will get my refund paid?

The refund will be made to the same debit card/credit card/paypal account through which the payment was done initially.
